    • Pharmacodynamics:The use of Bioaron C® syrup induces the stimulation of the immune system due to the substances contained in the extract from the aloe vera leaves. The drug has a stimulating effect on both humoral and cellular immunity: it causes an increase in the number of T and B lymphocytes, as well as the number of antibodies circulating in the blood, which leads to an increase in the body's resistance to bacterial and viral infections. In addition, Bioaron C® syrup enhances appetite.

    Indications:In complex therapy and prevention of relapses in children over 3 years old, suffering from recurrent viral and bacterial infections of the upper respiratory tract, such as chronic pharyngitis and tonsillitis, recurrent rhinitis, laryngitis, laryngotracheitis, sinusitis, tonsillitis.
    Contraindications:Hypersensitivity to the components of the drug, acute inflammatory diseases of the digestive system, children under 3 years (due to the lack of clinical data). It is not recommended to use the drug for persons with glucose malabsorption syndrome or galactose, intolerance to fructose or with a deficiency of sugarase / isomaltase.
    Pregnancy and lactation:Due to the lack of data on the safety of the drug use by pregnant and lactating women, this group of patients is not recommended to take the drug.
    Dosing and Administration:The drug is administered orally, 30-40 minutes before meals. If the doctor did not prescribe otherwise, the drug should be taken:
    children aged 3 to 6 years - 2 times a day for 5 ml of the drug, children older than 6 years -3 times a day for 5 ml of the drug. The course of treatment is 2 weeks.An increase in the duration and conduct of repeated courses of treatment is possible on the recommendation of a doctor.
    For dosing, use a measuring cup embedded in the package.
    Side effects:Allergic reactions, diarrhea and nausea are possible.
    Overdose:To date, cases of overdose have not been described.
    Interaction:The composition of the drug is ascorbic acid (vitamin C), therefore:
    - combined use of the drug with sulfonamides can lead to the precipitation of crystals of sulfonamides in acid urine;
    - the drug can enhance the absorption of iron in the gastrointestinal tract;
    - the drug can enhance the action of laxatives;
    - The drug can increase the rate of excretion of amphetamine and tricyclic antidepressants.
    Special instructions:A single dose of the preparation (5 ml) contains about 3.93 g of sucrose, which corresponds to 0.33 XE, which should be taken into account by a patient with diabetes mellitus.
    A single dose of the drug (5 ml) contains 51 mg of ascorbic acid, which must be taken into account by people prone to the formation of oxalate stones in the kidneys.
    The drug can distort the results of various laboratory tests (blood glucose, bilirubin, transaminase activity, lactate dehydrogenase).
    Effect on the ability to drive transp. cf. and fur:The drug does not affect the ability to drive vehicles and engage in other potentially hazardous activities that require increased concentration and speed of psychomotor reactions.
    Form release / dosage:Syrup.
    Packaging:100 ml in bottles of orange hydrolytic glass III type with polyethylene flow stopper, sealed with screwed polyethylene caps with control of the first opening. Each bottle, along with the instructions for use and a polypropylene measuring cup, is placed in a cardboard box.
    Storage conditions:
    At a temperature of no higher than 25 ° C.
    Keep out of the reach of children.
