    Pharmacodynamics:

    Combined sedative

    Hawthorn flower extract

    Active substances: flavonoids and oligomeric procyanidins. Inhibit sodium potassium ATPase and angiotensin-converting enzyme, stimulate the β-adrenergic system, due to which they have a positive inotropic effect, reduce the overall peripheral resistance of blood vessels, improve blood supply to the heart muscle and increase myocardial tolerance to hypoxia, reduce excitability (have a negative butmotropic effect).

    They have hypotensive effect, increase lactation, eliminate diarrheal phenomena in infants.

    Extract of rhizomes of valerian

    In the roots and rhizomes of valerian contains essential oil, consisting of valerian, isovaleric acid and ether borneol.Also in the extract are alkaloids (hatinin and valerine), glucose, tannins.

    The drug has a sedative effect by reducing the excitability of the central nervous system, spasmolytic effect and potentiating the action of sedatives and hypnotics.

    It is used to treat neurasthenia, migraine, functional disorders of the gastrointestinal tract. It is used in the complex therapy of insomnia, neurocirculatory dystonia, climacteric syndrome.

    Dosing and Administration:

    Side effects:
