    • Pharmacodynamics:

    Has a toning and restorative effect.

    Biologically active substances extract of ginseng have a stimulating effect on the central nervous system, increase mental and physical performance, have a general strengthening effect.

    Nicotinamide participates in processes of tissue respiration, normalizes fat and carbohydrate metabolism.

    Pyridoxine hydrochloride (Vitamin B6) plays an important role in the metabolism of amino acids, proteins, the synthesis of neurotransmitters.

    Caffeine has a stimulating effect on the central nervous system, mainly on the cerebral cortex, respiratory and vasomotor centers.

    Pharmacokinetics:

    The effect of the drug is the combined effect of its components, therefore it is not possible to carry out pharmacokinetic studies.

    Indications:

    - With asthenic conditions of different etiology;

    - with increased physical and mental stress;

    - in the period of recovery after the transferred diseases;

    - to increase the body's resistance to stress and adverse environmental factors.

    Contraindications:

    Hypersensitivity to the components of the acute phase of infectious diseases, hypertension, irritability, insomnia, liver disease, epilepsy, convulsive states, brain disease, traumatic brain injury, alcoholism, lack sazarazy / isomaltase, fructose intolerance, glucose-galactose malabsorption, age to 18 years.

    Pregnancy and lactation:

    Not recommended for use during pregnancy and breastfeeding.

    Dosing and Administration:

    Inside adults: 15 ml (1 tablespoon), 2 times a day, in the morning.

    The course of treatment: 30-40 days.

    Side effects:

    Allergic reactions are possible.

    Overdose:

    To date, no cases of drug overdose have been reported.

    Interaction:

    The drug enhances the effect of psychostimulants and analeptics (caffeine, camphor) and is an antagonist of drugs that depress the central nervous system, including barbiturates, tranquilizers, anticonvulsants.

    Special instructions:

    The preparation contains 16% vol. Alcohol. When the recommended dosage is met with each intake, 2 g of absolute ethyl alcohol is supplied. The maximum daily dose of the drug contains 4 grams of absolute ethyl alcohol.

    To avoid sleep disorders, the drug is not recommended in the afternoon.

    Indication for patients with diabetes mellitus: the carbohydrate content in 1 single dose of the drug (15 ml) corresponds to 0.3 XE.

    Effect on the ability to drive transp. cf. and fur:

    During the drug intake, one should refrain from carrying out potentially dangerous activities requiring special attention and speed of psychomotor reactions (driving and other vehicles, working with moving mechanisms, dispatcher and operator work, etc.).

    Packaging:

    To 20 ml or 250 ml in a bottle of dark hydrolytic glass, sealed with a screw cap.

    The bottle with instructions for use is placed in a pack of cardboard.

    Storage conditions:
