Composition:

Antibodies to histamine affinity purified: mixture of homeopathic dilutions С12, С30 and С200 - 0,003 g.

Excipients: lactose, microcrystalline cellulose, magnesium stearate.

Description:

Tablets are flat-cylindrical, with a risk and chamfer, from white to almost white. On the flat side with the risk of inscription MATERIA MEDICA, on the other flat side is inscribed ERIGAM.

Pharmacodynamics:

Modifies histamine-dependent activation of histamine receptors (including H2-receptors), providing antiulcer action. Reducing histamine-mediated gastric secretion, reduces the volume, acidity and peptic activity of gastric juice. Inhibiting the synthesis of inflammatory mediators, it has an anti-inflammatory, analgesic effect in erosive lesions of the gastrointestinal mucosa (GI tract). Due to spasmolytic action it normalizes the motor-evacuation function of the gastrointestinal tract. Restores the ability of the gastric mucosa to regenerate.

Indications:

As part of the complex therapy of peptic ulcer of the stomach and duodenum.

Contraindications:

Hypersensitivity to the components of the drug, pregnancy, lactation, children's age (under 18 years).

Dosing and Administration:

Adults take 1 tablet for 1 reception, 15-30 minutes before meals or out of communication with food intake. The tablet should be kept under the tongue, without chewing and not swallowing, until completely dissolved. In the presence of acute symptoms of peptic ulcer of the stomach and duodenum take the drug from 4 to 6 tablets per day (depending on the severity of clinical manifestations). When the condition improves, the disappearance or decrease in the severity of pain syndrome and dyspeptic disorders, take the drug 3-4 times a day. The course of treatment is 4 weeks. An increase in the duration and conduct of repeated courses of treatment is possible on the recommendation of a doctor.

Side effects:

Allergic reactions are possible.

Overdose:

In case of an accidental overdose, there may be dyspeptic phenomena due to the fillers that make up the dosage form.

Interaction:

Cases of incompatibility with other medicines are not registered. Possible combination with antibiotics (amoxicillin) and antimicrobial agents (metronidazole).

Special instructions:

The composition of the drug includes lactose, and therefore it is not recommended to appoint patients with congenital galactosemia, glucose malabsorption syndrome or galactose, or with congenital lactose insufficiency.

Packaging:

By 20, 50, 75 or 100 tablets in cans of polymer with a screw neck and a cap screwed on for vitamins and medicines or cans of polymeric with a shock absorber and a lid pulled with the control of the first autopsy for vitamins and medicines.
