Eucalyptin ® is applied topically, externally or in the form of inhalations.
For inhalation administration use 1% solution of Eucalylimin, diluted ex tempore 1:10 (for adults) and 1:20 (for children) with sterile (or boiled) water. The same solutions are used for irrigation, douches, rinses, compresses, lotions, etc.
Locally apply 1% solution of Eucalyline ® directly to the lesion (lubrication, impregnation of napkins for application to the wound).
To sanitize bacilli generators of the toxigenic diphtheria bacillus, 1% diluted 1: 20 is used to irrigate the oropharynx (2 ml once a day) and drops into the nose (2 drops in each nasal passage 3 times a day). The duration of the rehabilitation is 1-2 weeks.
In acute and chronic purulent-inflammatory diseases of the upper respiratory tract and ENT organs (laryngitis, pharyngolaringitis, tonsillitis, before and after incubation anesthesia, after various endolaryngeal surgical interventions, etc.) diluted solutions of Eucalyline® use in the form of inhalations daily for 10 minutes for 3-7 days (at the same time, droplets are inserted into the nose according to the indications) until the catarrhal phenomena disappear completely.
For sanation of patients with chronic diseases of the nasopharynx and adnexal sinuses, Eucalyline® solutions are instilled in 2-3 drops into each nasal passage in combination with spraying it in the pharynx cavity 2 ml per day for 3 weeks.
In surgery for chronic purulent infection (infiltrates, lymphangites, hydradenitis, intertrigo, pressure ulcers, etc.), a 1% solution of Eucalyline ® is used to lubricate the lesion.
In diluted form with acute purulent-inflammatory processes after opening of the purulent foci, Eucalyline® solutions are used for washing, irrigation, compresses, bandages, etc. The course of treatment is 10-12 days.
In dentistry for periodontal diseases and for the treatment and prophylactic treatment of postoperative wounds, divorced 1:10 - 1:20 0.25% and 1% solutions of Eucalyline ® are used: for rinsing, irrigation of periodontal pockets, administration of turundum 3-4 times a day, and on the gingival margin - on cotton swabs 1 time per day for 15-20 minutes.
With primary and secondary pyoderma, abrasions, brushes 0,25% or 1% with Eucalyline ® solution, the lesions are damaged 3-6 times a day.
With nonspecific vulvovaginitis in adults and children, irrigation (syringing) of the vagina with Ekalinin® solution, diluted 1:50, once a day, 50 ml of solution per procedure, is performed every day. The course of treatment is up to 10 days.
