1 teaspoon of raw material is placed in enameled dishes, pour 200 ml (1 glass) of hot boiled water, cover with a lid and insist on a boiling water bath for 15 minutes, cool at room temperature for 45 minutes, filter, the remaining raw material is squeezed. The volume of the infusion obtained is adjusted to 200 ml with boiled water.
As an antispasmodic and carminative, take 1/2 cups on an empty stomach 2-3 times a day.
As an expectorant, 1 tablespoon is prescribed 4-5 times a day.
Before use, the infusion is recommended to be shaken.
