    Pharmacodynamics:

A synthetic preparation consisting of D-amino acid residues of glutamine and tryptophan, suppresses the response of cellular and humoral immunity, reduces the number of blood lymphocytes in expressed autoimmune processes, proportionately reduces the number of helpers and suppressors, while retaining the number of stem cells. Reduces the recovery period of populations of polypotent (CFU-C12) and committed (CFU-C8) precursors of hemopoiesis after the action of cytostatics.

Oppresses the production of tumor necrosis factor α (TNF-α), increases the production of interleukin 7, without interfering with the production of interleukin 1.

It does not have teratogenic and mutagenic properties, it is non-toxic.

    Pharmacokinetics:

After intramuscular injection, the maximum concentration in the blood plasma is reached after 5 minutes.

    Metabolism in the liver.

The half-life is 14 hours. Elimination by the kidneys and with feces within 24 hours. Does not accumulate in the body.

    Indications:

It is used for conditions accompanied by hyperimmune reactions: primary and secondary autoimmune single-, double- and triple-cytopenia, hypoplastic anemia. It is used for the preservation of stem cells and for the prevention of granulocytopenia in the treatment of chemotherapeutic and cytostatic drugs.
