    Pharmacodynamics:

    Heptrogin has an antioxidant effect, promotes stabilization and reduction of the permeability of hepatocyte membranes, reduces the activity of hepatocyte damage markers in the blood serum - ALT, ACT, APP, GGTP, enhances the antitoxic function of the liver, improves its protein-synthesizing and lipid-forming functions. Reduces the inflammatory changes in the liver, which leads to a decrease in the activity of the destructive process, reduces the intensity and speeds up the disappearance of clinical manifestations of hepatitis (dyspepsia, cholestatic and asthenovegetative syndromes, hepatomegaly).

    The drug is usually well tolerated, without causing pain at the injection site. The drug is fully included in the metabolic cycle, the final product of the metabolism is carbon dioxide and water.

    Indications:

    - As part of complex therapy of alcoholic liver disease at any stage;

    - In the complex therapy of non-alcoholic steatohepatitis (as part of complex therapy);

    - As a part of complex therapy of medicinal lesions of the liver;

    - As part of complex therapy of toxic liver damage;

    - In the complex therapy of liver cirrhosis in the stage of compensation and subcompensation (as part of complex therapy);

    - As part of complex therapy of toxicoses of pregnant women.

    Contraindications:Any form of hypersensitivity and intolerance to honey and products containing it; increased sensitivity to the bites of bees, wasps and other Hymenoptera insects.
    Pregnancy and lactation:The question of the use of the drug during pregnancy and lactation (breastfeeding) is decided individually and depending on the clinical situation.
    Dosing and Administration:

    The drug is injected intramuscularly, deep into the upper outer quadrant of the gluteus muscle to 6 ml according to the following schemes:

    With alcoholic liver disease, once a day according to the scheme - 1, 2, 3 day for 3 ml; 4, 5 day to 6 ml; 6, 7 day to 9 ml; 8,9 day to 6 ml; 10, 11.12 day of 3 ml; With non-alcoholic steatohepatitis 1 time per day according to the scheme - 1,2,3 days 3 ml; 4, 5 day to 6 ml; 6, 7 day to 9 ml; 8, 9 day to 6 ml; 10, 11, 12 day for 3 ml - 3-4 courses for half a year.

    For medicinal and toxic liver damage - in / m 6 ml first 6 days, then 3 ml IM daily depending on the clinical condition of the patient;

    With cirrhosis of the liver - 6 ml 1 time per day. Course 10-15 days;

    At toxicoses of pregnant women - in / m 6 ml the first 6 days, then 3 ml IM every day depending on the clinical condition of the patient.

    Side effects:In some cases, there is insomnia, increased appetite.
    Overdose:Cases of overdose have not been observed to date.
    Special instructions:Use with caution in diabetes (under the control of glucose in the blood). The carbohydrate content in 1 ampoule of the drug corresponds to 0.001 of the grain unit.

    Packaging:

    By 3 ml in ampoules of colorless or light-protective glass with a dot or ring of fracture.
