Description:

Pieces of stems, leaves and flowers of various shapes passing through sieve with apertures 7 mm in size. The color is greyish-green. The smell is weak. The taste of water extract is slightly astringent.

Characteristic
Highlander of bird's (grass) grass contains flavonoids, silicic acid, ascorbic acid, vitamin K, tannins and other biologically active substances.

pharmachologic effect
Infusion of the mountaineer of the bird's (grass) grass prevents the formation of uric rocks (urates). Has a diuretic, anti-inflammatory, hemostatic, moderate antimicrobial action, increases the contractile activity of the uterus.
Indications:

Urolithiasis (as a means of contributing to the escape of small stones).

Contraindications:Hypersensitivity to the drug, increased blood coagulability, pregnancy, children under 12 years.
The presence of stones larger than 6 mm in the urinary tract.
Carefully:

Thrombophlebitis in the anamnesis.

Pregnancy and lactation:

Application in the period of breastfeeding is possible if the expected benefit for the mother exceeds the potential risk for the child. It is necessary to consult with the attending physician.

Dosing and Administration:

15 g of grass (3 tablespoons) is placed in a glass or enamel ware, pour 200 ml (1 glass) of hot boiled water, cover with a lid and insist on a boiling water bath for 15 minutes. Cool at room temperature for 45 minutes, filter, the remaining raw material is squeezed. The volume of the infusion obtained is adjusted to 200 ml with boiled water.

Take inside 1 / 2-1 / 3 cup 2-3 times a day before meals. The course of treatment is 20-25 days. Repeated courses (no more than four per year) - in 10-12 days. Before use, the infusion is recommended to be shaken.
Side effects:Allergic reactions, renal colic are possible.
Increased coagulability of blood.
Overdose:

To date, cases of overdose have not been reported.

The drug does not affect the ability to perform potentially hazardous activities requiring increased concentration and speed of psychomotor reactions (including management vehicles, work with moving mechanisms).
