Pharmacodynamics:Grass mountaineer bird (sporicha) contains flavonoids, vitamin K, silicon and ascorbic acid, tannins. As a medicine, the herb of the mountaineer of the bird is used. The main effect of the drug is that it prevents the formation of urinary stones (urates). In addition, the tincture of the mountaineer of the bird has a diuretic, anti-inflammatory and moderate antimicrobial effect. The drug increases the contractile activity of the uterus, shows a hemostatic effect.
Pharmacokinetics:Not studied.
Indications:Urolithiasis (contributes to the escape of small stones).

Contraindications:- Hypersensitivity to the drug
- The presence in the urinary tract of stones larger than 6 mm
- Increased blood clotting
- Pregnancy
- Children under 12 years old
Carefully:Thrombophlebitis (in the anamnesis).
Pregnancy and lactation:Contraindicated in pregnancy.
Application during the period of breastfeeding is possible if the expected benefit for the mother exceeds the potential risk to the fetus.
Dosing and Administration:15 grams herbs are placed in a glass or enamel ware, pour 200 ml (1 glass) of hot boiled water. Then cover with a lid and heat it in a boiling water bath for 15 minutes, after which it is cooled for 45 minutes at room temperature, filtered, the remaining raw material is squeezed. The volume of the infusion obtained is adjusted to 200 ml with boiled water.
Take in front of food 1 / 2-1 / 3 cup 2-3 times a day. The course of treatment is 20-25 days. Repeated courses (but no more than 4 times a year) are possible only after 10-12 days.

Overdose:No cases of overdose have been reported. Treatment is symptomatic.
Interaction:Not described.
Special instructions:The drug can be used in conjunction with antispasmodics.
The drug does not affect the ability to perform potentially hazardous activities requiring concentration of attention and speed of psychomotor reactions (including driving, working with moving mechanisms).
Before taking the infusion, it is recommended to shake.
