    Composition:

    100 ml of solution contains:

    Active substance: econazole - 1.0 g.

    Excipients: polysorbate 20; benzyl alcohol; sorbitan laurate; N- [2- hydroxyethyl] -N- [2- (laurylamino) -ethyl] -aminoacetate of sodium 3,6,9-trioxodocosyl sulfate; macrogol distearate 6000 (polyoxyethylene glycol 6000 distearate); lactic acid; purified water.

    Pharmacodynamics:

    Econazole is a synthetic derivative of imidazole. Has a local antifungal and antibacterial effect. It inhibits the biosynthesis of ergosterol, which regulates the permeability of the cell wall of microorganisms. It dissolves easily in lipids and penetrates well into tissues. Active against dermatophytes Trichophyton, Microsporum, Epidermophyton, yeast-like fungi of the genus Candida, and Malassezia furfur (Pityrosporum orbiculare), causing multicolored lichen and Corinebacterium minutissimum); some gram-positive bacteria (streptococci, staphylococci).

    Pharmacokinetics:At external application system absorption is insignificant.
    Indications:Vulvino-vaginal mycoses.
    Contraindications:

    Hypersensitivity to one of the components of the drug.

    Pregnancy and lactation:The use of the drug during pregnancy is possible only in those cases when the potential benefit to the mother exceeds the possible risk to the fetus. If it is necessary to use the drug during lactation, the question of stopping breastfeeding
    Dosing and Administration:

    Outwardly. Only for adults. 10 cu. cm (1 dose) of the Ifenec solution must be diluted 1: 1 in warm water and rinsed with external genitalia. The solution is prepared immediately before use. The drug is used once or twice a day for 3-5 days.

    Side effects:

    In rare cases, it may cause irritation, itching and burning, redness of the skin, rash. If side effects occur that are not listed in this information, then they should be reported to the doctor.

    Interaction:
