A tip and a syringe with gel (6 or 11 ml of the drug) are removed from the package. Then, the protective cap is removed from the cannula of the syringe and the cannula of the syringe is inserted tightly into the socket of the tip.By uniform pressure on the syringe plunger, fill the tube of the installation tip completely over the entire length of the tube.

In urological diseases, men use a syringe with 11 ml of gel: in the area of the external opening of the urethra (after the treatment of the glans penis with a disinfectant solution) several drops of gel are applied by pressing the syringe onto the piston, then the cannula of the syringe is inserted into the opening of the urethra through the applied gel and slowly 11 ml of gel is injected into the urethra. The head of the penis in the area of the coronary sulcus is short-circuited to prevent backflow of the gel. When carrying out cystoscopy, you should completely cover the urethra with the gel, including the external sphincter. To do this, you must enter into the urethra 11 ml of the drug, and if necessary, another 6-11 ml of the drug. Women use a syringe with 6 ml of gel. On the area surrounding the external aperture of the urethra, several drops of gel are applied (after treatment with the disinfectant solution) and the cannula of the syringe is inserted into the opening of the urethra through the applied gel. Then, the contents of the syringe in the amount of about 4 ml are slowly introduced into the urethra and the syringe is withdrawn, continuing to press the piston. In this case, the gel covers the entire length of the urethra.

Before carrying out the manipulations, leave the drug in the urethra for 5-10 minutes to achieve a complete anesthetic and disinfecting effect.

Children use a syringe with 6 ml of gel. The introduction of the drug in children is carried out as in adults - respectively, the sex of the child.

In gynecology, a syringe with 6 ml or 11 ml of gel is used (depending on the risk of infection). To facilitate the introduction into the cervix and uterine cavity use the installation tip. Fill the entire length of the tube of the installation tip by pressing the syringe onto the piston. After treatment of the external genitalia, vagina and cervix with a disinfectant solution, the cervix is exposed in the mirrors. The area of the outer throat of the cervix is covered with gel. The tip is advanced through the cervical canal into the uterine cavity pre-shedding the gel and slowly injected into the uterine cavity with 2-3 ml (5-6 ml) of the gel.Continuing to press the plunger of the syringe, the installation tip is removed from the cavity and cervix (the entire length of the cervical canal is covered with gel). Further manipulations are carried out 10 minutes after the introduction of the gel.
