Pharmacodynamics:Salicylic acid
Non-selectively suppresses COX1 and COX2, regulating the synthesis of prostaglandins. It indiscriminately suppresses synthetases of prostaglandins. Suppresses the production of anti-inflammatory cytokines. Has analgesic and anti-inflammatory effect.
Cetalkonium chloride
Antiseptic, is active against bacteria, viruses and fungi.
Pharmacokinetics:The drug for topical application, no systemic effect.
Indications:It is used to treat inflammatory diseases and injuries of the oral mucosa. Used for surgical interventions, with toothache associated with acute inflammatory process, for treatment of thrush.

Contraindications:Age under 1 year, individual intolerance.
Carefully:Hypersensitivity to salicylates.
Pregnancy and lactation:Recommendations for FDA - Category C. It is used with caution during pregnancy and lactation in cases where the intended benefit exceeds the risk to the fetus and newborn.
Dosing and Administration:Use in children
Contraindicated up to 1 year.
The gel column 0.5 cm long should be rubbed into the lesions of the oral mucosa.
Adults
Locally, 2-3 times a day for anesthesia: after meals and at bedtime.
The highest daily dose: 2-3 cm gel.
The highest single dose: a column of gel 1 cm long.
Side effects:Local Reactions: burning sensation in the place of application.
Allergic reactions.
Overdose:Cases of overdose are not described.
Treatment is symptomatic.
Interaction:Clinically significant interactions are not described.
Special instructions:After using the gel, do not eat or rinse your mouth for 30 minutes.
