    Pharmacodynamics:

    Combination drug with antibacterial, antifungal and anti-inflammatory action.

    Clioquinol

    Derivative of 8-hydroxyquinolines. Is active against yeast fungi (Microsporum spp., Trichophyton spp., Candida albicans), dermatophytes, Gram-positive bacteria (Staphylococcus spp., Enterococcus spp.).

    Flumethasone

    Synthetic bifluoride glucocorticosteroid for external use. Has anti-inflammatory, antipruritic, anti-allergic, decongestant and vasoconstrictive. It prevents the accumulation of neutrophils on the skin, reducing inflammatory exudate and production of lymphokines, inhibits the migration of macrophages, reduces the processes of infiltration and granulation.

    By inhibition of phospholipase A activity2 and reducing the release of arachidonic acid from the phospholipids of cell membranes reduces the production of leukotrienes and prostaglandins. Reduces the main substance of the connective tissue, weakening the exudative and proliferative processes in the skin. Inhibits cellular kinins, which have proteolytic activity.

    Pharmacokinetics:

    Means for external use, practically not absorbed into the bloodstream and does not have a systemic effect.

    Indications:

    It is used for the treatment of inflammatory skin diseases involving an exudation and complicated infection (including allergic nature) exhibit hyperkeratosis and itching: When seborrheic dermatitis, flat and pink shingles, atopic dermatitis, contact allergic eczema, systemic lupus erythematosus, multimorfnoy erythema, duration of the current psoriasis.

    Contraindications:

    Tuberculosis, syphilis and viral skin infections, tumors, and precancerous skin conditions, skin post-vaccination reactions, hypersensitivity, children up to 10 years.

    Pregnancy and lactation.

    Pregnancy and lactation:

    Recommendations for FDA - Category B. It is used in pregnancy and lactation, but it is not recommended to apply to large areas of the skin.Do not apply ointment on the skin of the mammary glands.

    Dosing and Administration:

    Outer: the ointment is applied a thin layer on the affected skin 2-3 times a day. After the easing of acute events - 1-2 times a day. The maximum duration of continuous therapy should not exceed 2 weeks.

    The highest dose: 1 tube of cream for one week.

    Side effects:

    Steroid acne, atrophy of subcutaneous fat, hypertrichosis or alopecia, telangiectasia, burning and itching, folliculitis, secondary infections.

    Allergic reactions.

    Overdose:

    Cases of overdose are not described.

    Treatment is symptomatic.

    Interaction:

    During treatment, it is not recommended to vaccinate against smallpox, as well as other types of immunization, especially with prolonged use in large areas of the skin, given the possibility of an insufficient immune response.

    Special instructions:

    Do not apply to the skin for more than 1 week.
