    Composition:

    One capsule contains:

    Active substance: Milk thistle dry extract (36-44: 1) - 173.0- 186.7 mg, equivalent to 140 mg of silymarin (DNFG), is equivalent to 108.2 mg of silymarin (HPLC / HEP.), calculated for silibinin.

    Excipients: polysorbate 80, povidone, mannitol, sodium carboxymethyl starch (type A), magnesium stearate.

    Shell hard gelatin capsule, size "1", which includes: gelatin, iron dye red oxide (E172), titanium dioxide (E171), sodium lauryl sulfate, iron oxide black oxide (E172).

    Pharmacodynamics:

    Interacts with free radicals in the liver and translates them into less toxic compounds, interrupting the process of lipid peroxidation, prevents the destruction of cellular structures. In damaged hepatocytes stimulates the synthesis of structural and functional proteins and phospholipids (due to the specific stimulation of RNA polymerase A), stabilizes cell membranes, prevents the loss of cell components (transaminase), accelerates the regeneration of liver cells. It inhibits the penetration of some hepatotoxic substances into the cell.

    Pharmacokinetics:Absorption is low and slow (the half-absorption period is 2.2 hours), is metabolized in the liver by conjugation, the half-life is 6 hours. It is excreted mainly with bile in the form of glucuronides and sulfates. Do not cum in the body. There is an intestinal-hepatic circulation.
    Indications:
