    Pharmacodynamics:

    Combined drug.

    Lidocaine

    It blocks the voltage-dependent sodium channels of peripheral nerve endings of sensory nerves. Possesses an anesthetizing effect at local application.

    Cetylpyridinium chloride

    Has a bactericidal effect against Gram-positive and to a lesser extent - Gram-negative bacteria. Interrupts the electron transfer chain, disrupting the intracellular respiration of bacteria.

    It is active against fungi and enveloped viruses.

    Pharmacokinetics:

    The drug for topical application, systemic action on the body does not.

    Indications:

    It is used to treat laryngitis, pharyngitis, stomatitis, catarrhal sinus, ulcerative gingivitis. Used in combination therapy for tonsillitis.

    Contraindications:

    Age to 6 years, individual intolerance.

    Carefully:

    Dosing and Administration:

    Use in children

    Locally, dissolve the pill in your mouth without swallowing.

    6-12 years: 1 tablet every 4 hours.

    The maximum daily dose: no more than 3 tablets.

    Adults

    Locally, dissolve the pill in your mouth without swallowing.

    The highest daily dose: 6 tablets.

    The highest single dose: 1 tablet.

    Side effects:

    Digestive system: rarely - nausea, very rarely - diarrhea.

    Dermatological reactions: rarely - rash, itching.

    Allergic reactions.

    Overdose:

    Cases of overdose are not described.

    Treatment is symptomatic.
    Interaction:

    Milk reduces the effects of the drug.

    Special instructions:

    The duration of treatment is not recommended for more than 5 days.
