Composition:

To prepare 1000 ml of tincture, you need:

Active substance:

Lemongrass seeds - 200 g.

Excipient:

Ethanol (ethyl alcohol) 95% - a sufficient amount to obtain 1000 ml of tincture.
Description:Transparent liquid from light yellow to brownish-yellow color, with a characteristic smell. During storage, the appearance of oily drops is permissible.

    • Pharmacodynamics:

    It has a stimulating effect on the central nervous system, cardiovascular and respiratory systems, raises blood pressure, mental and physical performance.

    Indications:

    Asthenic syndrome, fatigue, in complex therapy with weakening of sexual function against neurasthenia, mental and physical overstrain, reconvalescence after somatic and infectious diseases, neurocirculatory dystonia by hypotonic type, to improve the working capacity of the organism with increased physical and mental stress.

    Contraindications:

    Increased individual sensitivity to the components of the drug, hypertension (high blood pressure),impaired cardiac activity, increased excitability, epilepsy, sleep disorders, acute infectious and viral diseases, liver disease, pregnancy, the period of breastfeeding, children under 12 years.

    Carefully:

    Alcoholism, craniocerebral trauma, brain diseases, children age over 12 years.

    Dosing and Administration:Inside, for 20-30 drops, diluted in a small amount of water, 2-3 times a day for 30-40 minutes before meals or 4 hours after eating.

    It is a physiological antagonist of agents that depress the central nervous system (incl.barbiturates, tranquilizers, antiepileptic, sedatives, neuroleptics, etc.).

    Special instructions:

    If oily drops drop out, the contents of the vial should be shaken before use.

    The drug should not be taken in the afternoon to avoid sleep disturbances.

    The preparation contains at least 85% ethanol. The maximum daily dose of the drug contains 2.78 grams of absolute ethyl alcohol, the maximum single dose of the drug contains 0.93 grams of absolute ethyl alcohol.

    When taking the drug should be careful when performing potentially dangerous activities that require increased concentration and speed of psychomotor reactions (vehicle management, work with moving mechanisms, dispatcher and operator work).
