    Composition:

    In 100 g of liniment contains active substance: birch tar - 3.0 g; bismuth tribromophenolate and bismuth oxide complex (xeroform) - 3.0 g.

    Excipients: castor oil - 89.0 g; silicon dioxide colloid - 5,0 g.

    Description:Liniment from light yellow to brown with a greenish tint of color with a specific smell.

    Pharmacodynamics:

    Combination drug for external use. It has an antiseptic and locally irritating effect, accelerates regeneration processes.

    Tar birch has keratoplastic, antiseptic, anti-inflammatory, local irritant effect, improves blood supply to tissues.

    Xeroform (bismuth tribromophenolate and bismuth oxide complex) has astringent, adsorptive, anti-inflammatory, antiseptic effect. When applied externally, xeroform accelerates the regeneration of tissues.

    Indications:Uninfected, long-term non-healing postoperative, post-traumatic wounds of skin and soft tissues.
    Contraindications:Hypersensitivity to tar, bismuth tribromophenolate and bismuth oxide to the complex or any excipients of the preparation; acute purulent diseases of the skin and soft tissues (abscessed furuncle, carbuncle, phlegmon, abscess, hydradenitis, lymphadenitis, suppurative atheroma, lipoma, paraproctitis, pleural empyema).
    Pregnancy and lactation:

    The use of the drug during pregnancy is possible only in cases where the intended benefit to the mother exceeds the potential risk to the fetus. If you need to use the drug during lactation, you should decide whether to stop breastfeeding.

    Dosing and Administration:

    Outer, apply a thin layer on the lesion site or impose a gauze dressing impregnated with liniment for external use.
