    Composition:

    One tablet for resorption contains:

    Active substance:

    lysozyme hydrochloride 20.00 mg,

    pyridoxine hydrochloride 10.00 mg.

    Excipients: lactose monohydrate 155.40 mg, gum tragacanth 10.00 mg, magnesium stearate 4.00 mg, sodium saccharinate 0.50 mg, vanillin 0.10 mg.

    Description:Round tablets of white or yellowish-white colors with a separating risk on one side and a chamfer on both sides. Inclusions are possible in the form of dark dots.

    Pharmacodynamics:

    Combined drug, the effect of which is due to its constituent components.

    Lysozyme is an enzyme of protein nature, it is used as an antiseptic due to its direct effect on gram-positive and gram-negative bacteria, as well as fungi and viruses, takes part in the regulation of local nonspecific immunity.

    Pyridoxine - has a protective effect on the mucous membrane of the mouth (has anti-throttling effect). Does not affect the pharmacodynamic properties of lysozyme.

    Indications:

    Treatment of infectious and inflammatory diseases of the oral mucosa, gum and larynx: gingivitis, stomatitis, catarrhal phenomena in the upper respiratory tract, aphthous ulcers, herpetic lesions (composed of combination therapy), mucosal erosion oral any etiology.

    Contraindications:

    Hypersensitivity, children under 3 years.

    Hereditary lactose intolerance, lactase deficiency or glucose-galactose malabsorption.

    Pregnancy and lactation:

    Lizobact® can be used during pregnancy and during lactation.

    Dosing and Administration:

    The drug is applied topically. Tablets should be slowly resorbed, without chewing, delaying the thawed mass of the tablet in the oral cavity as long as possible, until complete dissolution. Children aged 3-7 years are usually prescribed 1 tablet 3 times a day, 7-12 years - 1 tablet 4 times a day. Adults and children over the age of 12 years - 2 tablets 3-4 times a day.

    The course of treatment is 8 days.

    Side effects:

    Allergic reactions.

    Overdose:

    Symptoms unlikely overdose may occur after application in doses significantly exceeding the therapeutic and manifestfeeling of numbness, sensation of pricking, and also loss of sensitivity in the region of upper and lower extremities.

    Treatment: copious drink (forced diuresis).

    Interaction:

    The drug Lizobact® enhances the action of antibiotics, including penicillin, chloramphenicol, nitrofurantoin, enhances the action of diuretics, weakens the activity of levodopa. Isoniazid, penicillamine, pyrazinamide, immunosuppressors, estrogens and oral contraceptives may increase the need for pyridoxine (antagonistic action against pyridoxine or an increase in renal excretion).

    Special instructions:

    In case of allergic reactions, stop using the drug and consult a doctor.

    For 10 tablets in a blister of PVC / aluminum foil, 1 or 3 blisters together with instructions for use are placed in a cardboard box.
