    Composition:

    Characteristic

    Grass contains essential oil, vitamins B1, AT2, C, tannins, flavonoids, triterpene compounds and other biologically active compounds.

    Description:Pieces of stems, leaves, flowers and buds of various shapes, passing through a sieve with holes of 7 mm. Color from greyish-green to green. The smell is weak, fragrant. The taste of the water extract is slightly bitter.

    Pharmacodynamics:Infusion of herbs Melissa has a mild soothing effect, has moderate antispasmodic properties.
    Indications:Applied in adults with increased emotional excitability, irritability, sleep disturbance (disturbed sleep, early awakening).
    Contraindications:Hypersensitivity to the drug; drowsiness, lethargy, inhibition, children under 18 years of age.
    Dosing and Administration:

    About 2-3 g (1 tablespoon) of the crushed raw material is placed in a glass or enamel ware, pour 200 ml (1 glass) of boiling water, cover with a lid and heat in a boiling water bath for 15 minutes. Then it is cooled at room temperature for 45 minutes, filtered, the remaining raw material is squeezed. The volume of the infusion obtained is adjusted to 200 ml with boiled water.

    Take inside in a warm form 1 / 2-1 / 3 cup 2-3 times a day 1 hour after eating. The course of treatment - 3-4 weeks.

    Before use, the infusion is recommended to be shaken.

    Side effects:Allergic reactions are possible.
    Interaction:Strengthens the effect of hypnotics and other medications that depress the central nervous system.
    Special instructions:In case of individual intolerance, the infusion of melissa is replaced with valerian preparations.
    Effect on the ability to drive transp. cf. and fur:With prolonged use in large doses, it is possible to reduce psychomotor reactions, which should be taken into account when driving vehicles, working with mechanisms, etc.

    Packaging:For 25 grams, 30 grams, 50 grams and 100 grams in cardboard packs with an inner paper bag. The text of the instructions for use is completely applied to the pack.
    Storage conditions:

    Store in a dry place protected from light.

    Keep out of the reach of children.

    Infusion - in a cool place no more than 2 days.
