Pharmacodynamics:

Local irritant, when applied to the skin provides some antimicrobial and anti-inflammatory effect, accompanied by a decrease in the severity of pain and itching. An irritating (distracting) effect helps to eliminate pain. Local action is accompanied by narrowing of the vessels, sensation of cold, turning into a feeling of slight burning and tingling. Skin-visceral effects (the reflex arc does not affect the brain) improves the trophism of the tissues (respectively, the innervation zones).

Indications:

Infectious and inflammatory diseases of the upper respiratory tract (rhinitis, pharyngitis, laryngitis, tracheitis).

Contraindications:

Individual hypersensitivity to the components of the drug, children under 3 years old, bronchial asthma.

Pregnancy and lactation:

The use of the drug during pregnancy and during breastfeeding is contraindicated (due to inadequate clinical data).

Dosing and Administration:

Locally. In diseases of the respiratory tract - 15-20 drops per 200 ml of water for steam inhalations; with rhinitis - 5-10 drops in each nasal passage.

Side effects:

Allergic reactions, contact dermatitis, with intranasal application in children - reflex respiratory depression (up to apnea) and collapse.

Overdose:

Overdose may increase the side effects.

Treatment: symptomatic.

Interaction:Not described.

Effect on the ability to drive transp. cf. and fur:

The use of the drug does not affect the performance of potentially hazardous activities requiring special attention and quick reactions (vehicle management, work with moving mechanisms).

Solution for topical application and inhalation [oil] 1,%, 2%.

Packaging:

For 10 ml or 25 ml of the drug in the bottles of orange glass, sealed with polyethylene plugs and screwed caps.

For 10 ml or 25 ml in bottles of droppers of orange glass, sealed with polyethylene stoppers, droppers and screw caps.

Each bottle or flask-dropper together with the instruction for use is placed in a pack of cardboard.

It is allowed to pack bottles or vials of flasks with an equal number of instructions for use in group packaging.

Storage conditions:

In the dark place at a temperature of no higher than 15 ° C.
