    Pharmacodynamics:

    The drug is an antioxidant (hydrogen peroxide + urea).

    When in contact with damaged skin or mucous membranes, an active oxygen, due to which, when applied externally, it mechanically cleans the surface and inactivates organic substances.

    Indications:

    Small capillary bleeding, nasal bleeding, small superficial wounds, purulent wounds, stomatitis, gynecological diseases (with rinses and washes), sore throat.

    Pregnancy and lactation:

    Dosing and Administration:

    External topical application.

    To rinse the mouth and throat, dissolve 1 tablet in a glass of water (0.25% hydrogen peroxide solution). For washing, dissolve 4 tablets in a glass of water (1% solution). One tablet corresponds to 15 ml of a 3% solution of hydrogen peroxide.

    To bleach the enamel of the teeth 1 time per day for 3 weeks - 10% solution; 16% solution in the gel; 18% gel - 4 times a day for 2 weeks.

    To remove ear sulfur plugs - 6.5% solution in complex preparations.

    Side effects:

    Allergic reactions, a burning sensation in the place of application. With prolonged use of the preparation for rinsing the oral cavity, hypertrophy of the papillae of the tongue develops.

    Overdose:

    Not described. Treatment is symptomatic.

    Interaction:

    The drug is destroyed in the presence of metal salts, in light, in heat, in the presence of complex radicals, in an alkaline medium. Increases the resorption of cutaneous remedies.

    Special instructions:

    Do not apply under occlusive dressings.It should be borne in mind that the action of hydrogen peroxide is not sterilizing, while using it only a temporary decrease in the number of microorganisms occurs.

    Does not affect the ability to drive and drive vehicles.
