Dosage form: & nbsptablets for solution for topical use

Composition:1 tablet contains: urea peroxide 1.5 g, which corresponds to 15 ml (1 tablespoon) 3% hydrogen peroxide solution.

Description:Tablets of white color with slightly noticeable impregnations of transparent crystals, with a flat surface and a facet, easily soluble in water.

D.02.A.E.01 Urea (Urea)

Pharmacodynamics:Hydroperite belongs to the group of antiseptic oxidizing agents and is a complex compound of hydrogen peroxide with urea. In the interaction of hydroperitone with such enzymes of the organism as catalase and peroxidase, oxygen, showing hemostatic and antimicrobial action, so the drug can be used in place of a ready-made solution of hydrogen peroxide. With its application, only a temporary decrease in the number of microorganisms occurs, therefore, it is not practical to use the drug as a sterilization agent.

Indications:Hydroperite in the form of an aqueous solution is used for washing and rinsing with stomatitis, tonsillitis, gynecological diseases, as well as for washing of small superficial wounds, with capillary bleeding from superficial wounds, nosebleeds.

Contraindications:Hypersensitivity to hydrogen peroxide.

Dosing and Administration:

To prepare a solution (for washing the wounds) corresponding to approximately 1% hydrogen peroxide solution, 2 tablets are dissolved in 100 ml of boiled water.

To rinse the mouth and throat, 1 tablet is dissolved in a glass of water (corresponding to a 0.25% solution of hydrogen peroxide).

Side effects:

Possible burning sensation at the time of wound treatment; in some cases - allergic reactions.

With prolonged use of hydroperitis for rinsing the mouth develops hypertrophy of the papillae of the tongue.

Special instructions:

Do not use occlusive dressings.

Solutions of hydroperitis can not be introduced into deep wounds and cavities.

The aqueous solution of the preparation is unstable in an alkaline medium, in the presence of metal salts, complex radicals of some oxidants, as well as in light and in heat.

Form release / dosage:Tablets of 1.5 g.

Packaging:In contourless cellless or cell packs No. 6, No. 8, No. 10.

Storage conditions:Store in a dry, dark place at a temperature of no higher than +20 ° C. Keep out of the reach of children.

Shelf life:2 years. Do not use after the expiration date printed on the package.
