Composition:

1 tablet contains:

active substance - Sodium nucleate (in terms of dry matter) - 250 mg.

Excipients: povidone low molecular weight (polyvinylpyrrolidone low molecular weight medical (12600 ± 2700), calcium stearate, potato starch.Scheme composition: hypromellose (hydroxypropylmethylcellulose), titanium dioxide (titanium dioxide), polysorbate-80 (tween-80), vaseline oil.

Pharmacodynamics:Sodium nucleate is isolated from baker's yeast. Sodium nucleate has the activity of a polyclonal immunostimulant, regulating the migration of T-lymphocytes and the processes of cooperation of T and B lymphocytes, enhances the phagocytic activity of macrophages and the production of non-specific defense factors. Has a wide range of biological activity. Accelerates tissue regeneration processes, stimulates bone marrow activity and leukopoiesis.

Indications:

Applied in adults in complex therapy of infectious diseases that occur against the background of secondary immunodeficient conditions: chronic nonspecific lung diseases, chronic recurrent viral and bacterial infections, secondary immunodeficiency states associated with aging, correction of leukopenia and agranulocytosis.

Contraindications:Hypersensitivity to the components of the drug, pregnancy, lactation.

Dosing and Administration:

Inside, after eating. The daily dose is 1-2 g in 3-4 doses. The course of treatment is 10 days (depending on the severity of the disease - up to 6 weeks).

Patients elderly and senile with a reduced immune status - 1-1.5 g / day for 2-3 weeks 2 times a year (in spring and autumn).

When leukopenia adults - 1 tablet 2-3 times a day, the course of treatment is determined individually, an average of 10 days.

Conducting a course of therapy with the drug (including for the treatment of chronic diseases) is possible two to three times during the year.
