    Neomycin
Antibiotic from the group of aminoglycosides. Effective depending on the dose: in a high concentration has a bactericidal effect, in low - bacteriostatic. Oppresses the synthesis of protein prokaryotes, affecting the ribosomes.
Active against Gram-positive bacteria Actinomyces spp, Bacillus antracis, Corynebacterium diphtheriae, Clostridium spp, Staphylococcus spp, Streptococcus spp, Listeria monocytogenes, Neisseria meningitidis....; and Gram-negative microorganisms: Borrelia spp., Bordetella pertussis, Treponema pallidum, Escherichia coli, Enterobacter aerogenes, Shigella spp., Salmonella spp., Haemophilus influenzae, Proteus spp., Pasteurella multocida, Vibrio cholerae, Fusobacterium spp., Klebsiella pneumoniae, Leptospira spp.
Active with respect to Mycobacterium tuberculosis.
    Fluconolone acetonide
Synthetic glucocorticoid for external use. It has antiexudative, antiallergic, antipruritic, anti-inflammatory and vasoconstrictive effects. It inhibits the synthesis of prostaglandins and leukotrienes, due to inhibition of phospholipase A2 activity and reduce the release of arachidonic acid from phospholipids of cell membranes. Reduces the yield of proteolytic enzymes from lysosomes. Suppresses the mitotic activity of inflammatory mediators. With topical application, it prevents the accumulation of neutrophils, thereby reducing the number of inflammatory exudate, inhibited the release of macrophages, which leads to restriction of the source of inflammation and reduce infiltration and granulation processes.
    Pharmacokinetics:

It is applied externally, it is not absorbed from the skin surface. Systemic action does not.

    Indications:

It is used for the treatment of allergic dermatoses complicated with or caused by sensitive neomycin bacteria, as well as skin burns.
