About 10 grams (2 tablespoons) of roots are placed in enameled pots, poured into 200 ml (1 glass) of hot boiled water, covered with a lid and heated in a boiling water bath for 30 minutes, cooled at room temperature for 10 minutes, filtered, the remaining raw material squeezed. The volume of the resulting broth is brought to 200 ml with boiled water.
Take inside 1/4 - 1/3 cup 3-4 times a day for 30 minutes before eating.
It is recommended to stir up the broth before use.
