Alder sprout - instructions for use, dose, side effects, contraindications

A mixture of various forms of pieces of pedicels, scales, fruit-nuts and axes of copula of dark brown color with reddish-yellowish-brown impregnations. The smell is weak. The taste of water extract is astringent.

Pharmacodynamics:

Olchi sprouts contain tannins and other biologically active compounds.

Infusion of alder of stems has an astringent effect.

Indications:

As an astringent for acute and chronic enteritis, colitis.

Contraindications:

Hypersensitivity to the drug, pregnancy, lactation, children under 12 years.

Dosing and Administration:

2 filter packets (3 g) are placed in a glass or enamel ware, pour 100 ml (1/2 cup) of boiling water, cover and insist for 30 minutes, periodically pressing on the bags with a spoon, then squeeze them.

Take inside 2 tablespoons 3 times a day for 30 minutes before meals. The course of treatment is 2-3 weeks.

Before use, the infusion is recommended to be shaken.

Side effects:

Allergic reactions are possible.
