2 filter packets (3 g) are placed in a glass or enamel ware, pour 100 ml (1/2 cup) of boiling water, cover and insist for 30 minutes, periodically pressing on the bags with a spoon, then squeeze them.
Take inside 2 tablespoons 3 times a day for 30 minutes before meals. The course of treatment is 2-3 weeks.
Before use, the infusion is recommended to be shaken.
