Pharmacodynamics:Softens the stool mass. Reduces the surface tension of the liquid components of the intestinal contents, impregnates stool masses with an additional liquid. Increasing the volume of the contents of the intestine, stimulates its emptying.
Pharmacokinetics:After oral intake absorbs up to 30%, with rectal application, absorption is minimal.
Elimination of faeces.
Indications:It is used to treat constipation and as an external agent as a basis for ointment applications.
