    Pharmacodynamics:

    Has a bacteriostatic effect on Propionibacterium acnes and Staphylococcus epidermidis.

    The anti-acne action is due to inhibition of the synthesis of cellular proteins of aerobic and anaerobic microorganisms (violates glycolysis). Growth inhibition Propionibacterium acnes, Staphylococcus epidermidis. Reducing the formation of microcosmodes, normalization (inhibition) of the process of keratinization of the epidermis, a decrease in the thickness of the stratum corneum, the number and width of the distribution of filagrin (keratogialin component) in the epidermis. Oppresses the hyperactivity of melanocytes, inactivates free radicals, due to which the hypopigmental effect of the drug is manifested.

    Pharmacokinetics:

    The drug penetrates the epidermis and dermis, absorption from the surface of the epidermis into the blood plasma - up to 4%, excreted by the kidneys mainly in an unchanged form.
