Included in the formulation
АТХ:S.01.G.A.51 Naphazoline in combination with other drugs
Pharmacodynamics:Zinc sulfate, when applied topically, has an astringent, drying, anti-inflammatory and antiseptic effect.
Nafazoline is a sympathomimetic. Has a rapid, pronounced and prolonged vasoconstrictive effect. With topical application reduces swelling and flushing of the mucous membranes.
Diphenhydramine - blocker H1-gistaminovyh receptors. With topical application reduces the permeability of capillaries and prevents swelling of the tissues.
Thus, the drug has antiseptic, anti-allergic and anti-inflammatory effect.
Pharmacokinetics:When topical application is subjected to systemic absorption. Information on the degree of penetration into various tissues of the eye after topical application is not present.
Indications:Allergic conjunctivitis.

VII.H10-H13.H10.3 Acute conjunctivitis, unspecified
VII.H10-H13.H10 Conjunctivitis
VII.H10-H13 Diseases of the conjunctiva
II.D10-D36.D31.0 Benign neoplasm of conjunctiva
Contraindications:Hypersensitivity to the components of the drug; angle-closure glaucoma; dry eye syndrome; pregnancy; lactation; hyperplasia of the prostate, stenosing ulcer of the stomach and duodenum, stenosis of the neck of the bladder; bronchial asthma; epilepsy; cardiovascular diseases (coronary heart disease, arterial hypertension); pheochromocytoma; hyperthyroidism; diabetes; children's age up to 2 years.

Rarely - systemic side effects: drowsiness, palpitations, increased blood pressure, headache, dizziness, nausea.
Overdose:Symptoms: with prolonged and frequent use in children under 6 years of age - CNS depression, hypothermia, prolonged mydriasis, increased blood pressure, tachycardia, coma.
Treatment: symptomatic.
Interaction:Since it is possible to reduce the effects of diphenhydramine and drugs stimulating the central nervous system, the use of the drug in patients using these drugs is not recommended.
Do not use a drug with inhibitors monoamine oxidase simultaneously and within 10 days after the termination of their admission. As a result of the combined use of beta-blockers, inhibitors, inhibitors monoamine oxidase with adrenomimetics, the effect of the latter increases.
Nafazoline slows the absorption of local anesthetics, therefore, joint use of the drug with local anesthetics used in ophthalmology is not recommended.
Zinc sulfate is pharmaceutically incompatible with salts of silver, lead, quinine, ichthyol, citral, protargol, alkaline-reacting substances.
Special instructions:To avoid contamination of the solution, keep the bottle tightly closed and avoid touching the tip of the pipette with any surface.
Impact on the ability to drive vehicles and manage mechanisms
Within 10-15 minutes after instillation, visual acuity can be reduced, so care must be taken when driving the car and when working with mechanisms.
