    Pharmacodynamics:

    The solution contains a set of electrolytes containing the lactate buffer and glucose. When hemodialysis is carried out on a salt diffusion gradient, uremic toxins, water and electrolytes are exchanged between dialysis fluid and blood plasma.

    Glucose supports energy metabolism and the physiological concentration of carbohydrates.

    In the process of hemofiltration, water-soluble slags are removed from the blood.

    Indications:

    It is used for continuous hemofiltration, hemodialysis and hemodiafiltration. It is used for chronic and acute renal failure.

    Contraindications:

    Metabolic alkalosis, lactic acidosis, hypokalemia, severe cardiovascular insufficiency, age under 18, pregnancy and lactation, individual intolerance.

    Recommendations for FDA - Category C. Contraindicated in pregnancy and lactation.

    Dosing and Administration:

    Intravenously, the dose is selected taking into account the body weight.

    The recommended daily dose is 75 liters.

    The cardiovascular system: arterial hypertension.

    Digestive system: nausea, vomiting.

    Musculoskeletal system: convulsions.
