Composition:

For 100 g of gel:

active substances: escin 1 g, diethylamine salicylate 5 g;

auxiliary substancesa: lavender oil, orange flowers oil, carbomers, macrogol glycerol prilocaprate, disodium edetate, trometamol, isopropanol, water.

Description:

Transparent, from colorless to pale yellow color gel with the smell of lavender and isopropyl alcohol.

    • Pharmacodynamics:

    Eszin inhibits the permeability of capillaries in inflammatory processes, resulting in a reduction in inflammatory edema and soreness. Eszin leads to the normalization of impaired microcirculation.

    Diethylamine salicylate has anti-inflammatory and analgesic effect, penetrates well into tissues and potentiates the action of escin.

    Indications:

    Contusions of soft tissues, hematomas, sports injuries with ligament damage without compromising the integrity of the skin.

    Pain syndrome associated with diseases of the spine (lumbago, ischialgia).

    Surface phlebitis, varicose veins.

    Contraindications:

    - Hypersensitivity to any component of the drug;

    - severe chronic renal failure;

    - open wounds, skin irritation;

    - children under 12 years;

    - pregnancy III trimester.

    Carefully:

    - Pregnancy I-II trimester;

    - breast-feeding;

    - an indication in an anamnesis of bronchial asthma, triggered by the use of aspirin acid or other NSAIDs.

    Dosing and Administration:

    Outwardly. The necessary amount of gel (1-2 g, the size of a large cherry) is applied a thin layer on the skin over the affected area. The gel is quickly absorbed through the skin. The gel is used 1 to 3 times a day.

    When using the drug for more than 10 days should consult with a doctor.

    Side effects:

    In rare cases, the development of allergic reactions is possible.

    Overdose:

    No cases of drug overdose have been reported.

    Interaction:

    The drug can lead to increased absorption of concurrently used drugs for external use.

    In connection with the presence of salicylate in the preparation of diethylamine, the use of its large amounts can increase the toxicity of methotrexate and reduce the therapeutic effect of hypoglycemic agents.

    The drug is not recommended to be used simultaneously with oral anticoagulants.

    Special instructions:

    For external use only.

    Do not use with warming compresses.

    If skin irritation occurs, discontinue use.

    Avoid contact with eyes, mucous membranes, skin irritation.

    Effect on the ability to drive transp. cf. and fur:Reparil®-gel H can not influence the ability to drive a car and operate machinery.

    Packaging:

    For 40 g and 100 g in aluminum tubes, coated internally with epoxy-phenolic protective varnish and externally with polyester resin varnish sealed with an aluminum membrane, with a screwed polypropylene cover.

    One tube with instructions for use is put in a cardboard box.

    Storage conditions:

    At a temperature of 5 to 30 ° C.

    Keep out of the reach of children.

    Shelf life:

    5 years.

    Do not use after the expiration date printed on the package.
