    Pharmacodynamics:Has anti-asthenic action, and also contributes to detoxification of the liver.
    Citrulline is an amino acid that participates in a cycle of neutralization of ammonia in the liver, formed as a result of the decomposition of nitrogen-containing compounds. In the liver, ammonia forms urea. Citrulline is built into the urea cycle, increases the excretion of ammonium ions.
    Malate is involved in the Krebs cycle and gluconeogenesis, reduces the concentration of lactate in the blood, promotes normalization of metabolism, activates nonspecific protective factors of the body.
    Pharmacokinetics:The drug is rapidly absorbed from the digestive tract, the peak plasma concentration is achieved on average after 50 minutes. Quickly removed from the plasma. After 6 hours, the concentration in the plasma is close to the physiological one.Since the active ingredient is included in the processes of cellular metabolism, only its small amounts are found in the urine.
    Indications:Applied with symptomatic treatment of functional asthenia: asthenic syndrome, fatigue, increased fatigue, during recovery after the disease.
    Contraindications:Peptic ulcer in the stage of exacerbation, increased individual sensitivity to the drug, a child of less than 5 years.
    Pregnancy and lactation:The use of STIMOLA® during pregnancy and lactation is justified if the expected benefit exceeds the potential risk.
    Dosing and Administration:Adults and the elderly: 3.0 g (contents of 3 packets) per day.
    Children from 5 years: 2.0 g (contents of 2 bags) per day.
    STIMOL® should be taken while eating, mixing the contents of the sachet with about 100 ml of water ordinary or sweetened. The course of taking the drug 10 - 12 days. Repeated courses of the drug are possible after a break (1 - 3 months) or on the recommendation of a doctor.
    Side effects:In some cases, at the beginning of the treatment there may be transient pain in the stomach, allergic reactions.
    Interaction:Data on any drug interactions are absent.
    Special instructions:Each packet contains approximately 30 mg of sodium. This should be taken into account for patients on a salt-free diet.
    Since the drug contains no sugar, it can be taken by a patient with diabetes mellitus.
