    Description:
    Lyophilized mass in the form of a tablet, lumps, plates or powder white or white with a yellowish hue.

    Pharmacodynamics:
    It restores impaired immunological reactivity (regulates the number and ratio of T- and B-lymphocytes and their subpopulations, stimulates cellular immunity reactions, enhances phagocytosis), stimulates regeneration and hematopoiesis in the event of their inhibition, and improves the course of cellular metabolic processes.

    Indications:
    Immunodeficiency conditions in adults and children (from 6 months to 14 beds) with:
    infectious purulent and septic processes;
    persistent violations of the function of the thymus (radiation sickness, tumors of the thymus, operative removal of the thymus);
    acute and chronic viral and bacterial infections;
    violation of regenerative processes;
    oppression of immunity and hematopoiesis after chemotherapy or radiotherapy in cancer patients.

    Contraindications:Individual intolerance, pregnancy and lactation.
    Dosing and Administration:
    The contents of the vial before injection are dissolved in 1-2 ml of isotonic sodium chloride solution. The drug is administered intramuscularly daily in the following doses: adults 5-20 mg (30-100 mg per course), children up to 1 mg; 1-3 years, 1.5-2 mg; 4-6 years - 2-3 mg; 7-14 years - 3-5 mg for 3-10 days, depending on the severity of immunity disorders. If necessary, repeat the course (in 1-6 months).
    With the preventive purpose the drug is used intramuscularly daily, for adults 5-10 mg, for children 1-5 mg for 3-5 days.

    Side effects:
    Allergic reactions.

Lyophilizate for the preparation of a solution for intramuscular administration of 10 mg in glass bottles with a capacity of 5 ml. 10 bottles are placed in a pack of cardboard along with instructions for use.When packaged with a solvent, 5 bottles of the drug and 5 ampoules of the solvent are placed in a bundle with a knife ampoule or scarifier and instructions for use.

    Packaging:
    . Lyophilizate for the preparation of a solution for intramuscular administration of 10 mg in glass bottles with a capacity of 5 ml. 10 bottles are placed in a pack of cardboard along with instructions for use. When packaged with a solvent, 5 bottles of the drug and 5 ampoules of the solvent are placed in a bundle with a knife ampoule or scarifier and instructions for use.

    Storage conditions:
    In a dry, dark place, out of the reach of children at a temperature not exceeding + 20 ° C.

    Shelf life:
    3 years. Do not use at the end of the expiration date printed on the package.
