    Pharmacodynamics:

    Complex polypeptide fractions from the thymus gland of cattle restores the number and function of T-lymphocytes, restores the proportion of T-helpers / T-suppressors, reducing the degree of immunosuppression. Strengthens phagocytosis and production of lymphokines, increases the activity of T-killer cells.

    Pharmacokinetics:

    After subcutaneous and intramuscular injection quickly and completely absorbed. The maximum concentration in the blood plasma is achieved after 2 hours.

    The half-life is 2 hours. It does not accumulate.

    Elimination by the kidneys.

    Indications:

    It is used in immunodeficient conditions with a predominant T-system lesion on the background of infectious and septic processes, lymphoproliferative diseases (lymphocytic leukemia, lymphogranulomatosis).

    Contraindications:

    Atopic bronchial asthma. Simultaneous use with immunosuppressors, individual intolerance.

    Dosing and Administration:

    Subcutaneously: 40 μg / m2 1 time / day for 5-6 days, then 1 time / week for a month.

    The highest daily dose: 40 mcg / m2.

    Side effects:

    Short-term chills, rarely - dyspepsia.

    Allergic reactions.

    Overdose:

    Exacerbation of purulent infections due to provocation of hyperimmune cytolysis.

    Treatment is symptomatic.

    Special instructions:
