Pharmacodynamics:Herbal preparation with expectorant, antitussive and antimicrobial effect.
Potassium bromide reduces the excitability of the central nervous system.
Pharmacokinetics:Not studied.
Indications:It is used for the treatment of infectious and inflammatory diseases of the respiratory tract, accompanied by the production of difficult secretion, with bronchitis, tracheitis, laryngitis, pharyngitis, whooping cough.

Pregnancy and lactation:Recommendations for FDA - Category C. Contraindicated in pregnancy and lactation.
Dosing and Administration:Use in children
1-5 years: 5 ml (1 teaspoon) 3 times / day;
5-18 years: 5-10 ml (2 teaspoons) 3 times / day.
Adults
Inside for 1 tablespoon (15 ml) 3-4 times / day.
The highest daily dose: 3 g (4 tablespoons).
The highest single dose: 750 mg (1 tablespoon).
Side effects:Allergic reactions.
Interaction:Clinically significant interactions are not described.
Special instructions:The drug is used in the complex therapy of inflammatory processes of the respiratory tract. The drug contains glucose, patients with diabetes require a correction of doses of insulin or oral sugar reducing agents.
