    Pharmacodynamics:

Troxevasin ® Neo - combined preparation for external use. The effect is due to the ingredients in its composition:
    Troxerutin - angioprotective agent.
It has P-vitamin activity: it has venotonic, venoprotective, anti-edematous, anti-inflammatory, anticoagulant and antioxidant action.Reduces permeability and fragility of capillaries, increases their tone.
Increases the density of the vascular wall. Promotes normalization of microcirculation and trophism of tissues, reduces stagnant phenomena.
Heparin is an anticoagulant of direct action, a natural anticoagulant factor in the body. It prevents thrombosis, activates fibrinolytic properties of blood, improves local blood flow. Has anti-inflammatory effect, promotes regeneration of connective tissue due to inhibition of hyaluronidase activity.
Dexpanthenol - provitamin B5 - in the skin it turns into pantothenic acid, which is a part of coenzyme A, which plays an important role in the processes of acetylation and oxidation. Improving metabolic processes, dexpanthenol contributes to the regeneration of damaged tissues; improves the absorption of heparin.

Pharmacokinetics:With topical application, the active substances are quickly absorbed by the skin.
Heparin accumulates in the upper layers and actively binds to the skin proteins. With external application, a small amount of heparin penetrates into the systemic blood stream, without having a systemic effect, without causing any changes in blood coagulation parameters.Does not penetrate the placental barrier.
Dexpanthenol penetrates all layers of the skin and turns into pantothenic acid, binds to plasma proteins (mainly with beta-globulin and albumin). Pantothenic acid is not metabolized in the body and is excreted unchanged.
Troxerutin after 30 minutes is found in the dermis, and after 2-5 hours in the subcutaneous fatty tissue. The penetration of troxerutin into the systemic blood flow is clinically insignificant.
