    Pharmacodynamics:

    Zinc ointment has a drying, adsorbing, astringent and antiseptic effect. Forms albumins and denatures proteins. When applied to the affected surface, it reduces the phenomenon of exudation, inflammation and irritation of tissues, forms a protective barrier against the action of irritating factors.

    Indications:

    Treatment and prevention of "diaper rash".

    The drug is also used as a first aid for light skin lesions (small burns, cuts, scratches, intertrigo).

    Photocontact dermatitis.

    Contraindications:

    Hypersensitivity.

    Pregnancy and lactation:

    Possible use during pregnancy and during breastfeeding.

    Dosing and Administration:

    Outwardly.

    "Diaper" rash in infants.

    Wash and dry the affected area. Apply a thin layer of ointment on the affected skin 2-3 times a day. The course of treatment is up to 1 month. The amount of ointment applied depends on the extent of the lesion.For the prevention of "diaper rash", the preparation is treated with body parts that are in prolonged contact with wet laundry.

    Cuts, scratches, burns.

    Apply a thin layer, if necessary, impose a gauze bandage.

    Apply only to superficial and uninfected lesions.

    Photocontact dermatitis.

    The ointment is applied a thin layer on the affected skin areas 4 to 6 times a day, pretreating the cracks and crusts with an antiseptic solution.

    Allergic reactions. Possible reactions of hypersensitivity to the drug: itching, hyperemia, rashes in places of application of ointment.
