    Pharmacodynamics:

    Zinc paste - anti-inflammatory topical agents having an absorbent, antiseptic, astringent and drying effect. When used in children, it helps to prevent the appearance of "diaper rash", protects against the action of urine and other irritating substances and softens irritated skin. Reduces exudation and mocclusion, which removes local inflammation and irritation. The symptomatic and protective effect of the drug is determined by zinc oxide. Zinc oxide in combination with a vaseline base create a physical barrier, forming a protective coating on the skin, which reduces the effect of irritants on the affected area and prevents the appearance of a rash.

    Indications:

    Treatment of diaper rash. The drug is also used as a first aid for light skin lesions (small burns, cuts, scratches and sunburn).

    Contraindications:

    Increased individual sensitivity to the components of the drug.

    Dosing and Administration:

    For external use only.

    Treatment: Before use, wash and dry the affected area. When the first signs of redness, intertrigo, or slight skin lesions appear, the paste is applied 3 or more times a day, as necessary, usually with any change of diapers.

    Cuts, scratches and sunburn.

    Apply a thin layer, if necessary, impose a gauze bandage. Apply only to superficial and uninfected lesions.

    Side effects:

    Possible reactions of hypersensitivity to the drug: itching, hyperemia, rashes in places of application of ointment.
