3 filter packets (4.5 g) are placed in a glass or enamel ware, pour 200 ml (1 glass) of boiling water, cover and insist 15 minutes, periodically pressing on the bags with a spoon, then squeeze them. The volume of the infusion obtained is adjusted to 200 ml with boiled water.
Apply inside in a warm form 1/2 - 1/3 cup 2-3 times a day for 30 minutes before eating.
Before use, the infusion should be shaken.
