    Composition:

    Ledum of marsh shoots. Ledum of marsh shoots contain essential oil, flavonglicosides and other biologically active substances.

    Description:

    Pieces of stems, leaves and fruits. Color green, dark green, orange-brown, grayish brown. The smell is sharp, specific.

    Pharmacodynamics:

    Infusion of wild rosemary swamp shoots exerts an expectorant effect, has anti-inflammatory, antimicrobial and antihypertensive properties; has an exciting effect on the central nervous system and myometrium.

    Indications:

    Inflammatory diseases of the upper respiratory tract, accompanied by a cough with hard-to-recover sputum (bronchitis, tracheitis, etc.).

    Contraindications:

    Hypersensitivity to the drug, pregnancy, the period of breastfeeding, age to 18 years.

    Pregnancy and lactation:Contraindicated in pregnancy and during breastfeeding.
    Dosing and Administration:

    About 10 g (2 tablespoons) of wild rosemary flygrass are placed in enameled pots, pour 200 ml (1 glass) of hot boiled water, cover with a lid, heat in a boiling water bath with periodic stirring for 15 minutes, cool at room temperature for 45 minutes, filter, the remaining raw material is squeezed. The volume of the infusion obtained is adjusted to 200 ml with boiled water.

    Take inside in a warm form for 1 / 3-1 / 4 cup 2-3 times a day.

    Before use, the infusion is recommended to be shaken.

    Side effects:

    Possible allergic reactions, dizziness, increased nervous excitability, irritability; when taking high doses, symptoms of excitation or depression of the central nervous system are noted.

    Interaction:

    It is not recommended at the same time to prescribe infusion of shoots of lemon with antitussive medicines.
