    Composition:

    Ledum of marsh shoots. Sprouts of wild rosemary contain essential oil, flavonoids, tannins, arbutin, macro- and microelements and other biologically active substances.

    Description:

    Pieces of stems, leaves and fruits. Color green, dark green, orange-brown, grayish brown. The smell is sharp, specific. The taste of water extraction is not determined.

    Pharmacodynamics:

    Infusion of shoots of wild rosemary has an expectorant effect; has anti-inflammatory,antimicrobial and hypotensive properties; has an exciting effect on the central nervous system and myometrium.

    Indications:

    Infusion of shoots of Ledum is used in adults as an expectorant for inflammatory diseases of the respiratory tract, accompanied by a cough with hard-to-separate sputum (bronchitis, tracheitis, etc.).

    Contraindications:

    Hypersensitivity to the drug, pregnancy, the period of breastfeeding, age to 18 years.

    Pregnancy and lactation:Contraindicated in pregnancy and lactation.
    Dosing and Administration:

    About 10 g (3 tablespoons) of raw materials are placed in enamel ware, poured 200 ml (1 glass) of cold boiled water, covered with a lid and heated in a boiling water bath for 15 minutes, cooled at room temperature for 45 minutes, filtered, the remaining raw material squeezed. The volume of the infusion obtained is adjusted to 200 ml with boiled water.

    Take inside in a warm form of 1/3 - 1/4 cup 2-3 times a day.

    Before use, the infusion is recommended to be shaken.

    Side effects:Possible allergic reactions, dizziness, increased nervous excitability, irritability; when taking large doses - the excitation or inhibition of the central nervous system.
    Interaction:

    It is not recommended at the same time to prescribe infusion of shoots of lemon with antitussive medicines.

    Shoots shredded for 35 g, 50 g, 75 g in a pack of cardboard with an internal paper bag and instructions for use.
