2 filter bags are placed in a glass or enamel ware, pour 100 ml (1/2 cup) of boiling water, cover with a lid and insist for 30 minutes, periodically pressing on the bags with a spoon, then squeeze them. The volume of the obtained extract is brought to boiling water to 100 ml.
Take inside 1/2 glass 2-3 times a day for 30 minutes before eating. The course of treatment is 20-30 days.
It is recommended to stir the broth before use.
