    D.06.C   Antibiotics in combination with other antimicrobials

    Pharmacodynamics:Combined drug for topical application, has anti-inflammatory (dehydrating) and antimicrobial effect, is active against gram-positive and gram-negative microorganisms (staphylococci, Pseudomonas aeruginosa and Escherichia coli).
    Pharmacokinetics:Easily penetrates deep into tissues without damaging biological membranes, stimulates regeneration processes. In the presence of pus and necrotic masses, antibacterial action persists.
    Indications:Purulent wounds (including those infected with mixed microflora) in the first (purulent-necrotic) phase of the wound process.

    Contraindications:Hypersensitivity.
    Carefully:Apply to large areas of damage.
    Pregnancy and lactation:Contraindications to use during pregnancy and lactation.
    Dosing and Administration:Locally. The preparation is impregnated with sterile gauze wipes, which loosely fill the wound. Possible introduction into the purulent cavity through the catheter (drainage tube) with a syringe. In this case, the ointment is preheated to 35-36 ° C. Dressings are performed daily, until the wound is completely cleared of purulent necrotic masses.
    Side effects:Local allergic reactions are possible.
    Overdose:There is no evidence of an overdose of the drug.
    Interaction:Do not use simultaneously with other external means.
