Echinacea preparations together with immunosuppressants (azathioprine, basiliximab, ciclosporin, daclizumab, muro-mionab, mycophenolate, tacrolimus) weaken their immunosuppressive effect (do not apply before and after transplantation).

With the repeated appearance of complaints from the urinary tract, a medical examination and regular medical follow-up are necessary in the future. The presence of fever and the preservation of dysuric complaints (regardless of the presence of blood in the urine) for 5 days require a re-visit to the doctor.

During the period of application of Echinacea, no other immunostimulating drugs should be prescribed.

High doses affect the activity of sperm enzymes - reduce mobility by 24-48 hours.

The application can cause an increase in biochemical parameters: ALT, AST, the number of lymphocytes, the level of immunoglobulin E in serum, ESR, and a decrease in serum ferritin.

It is necessary to avoid prolonged, more than 8 weeks of using the drug.

In the case of long-term storage of medicinal forms in the form of aqueous extracts, turbidity may develop, a precipitate consisting of active polysaccharides appears (shake several times before use). Turbidity and flocculent formations do not affect efficiency.
