- With stomach ulcer and 12 duodenal ulcer in acute period: The first 2 days to use 1 tablet 4 times a day, then every 3 days for 1 tablet 4 times a day, the course of 2-3 weeks. In the chronic period, apply: 5 days for 1 tablet 4 times a day, then every 3 days for 1 tablet 4 times a day for up to 3 weeks.
- With viral hepatitis of different etiology: in the acute period of the disease, the initial dose is 2 tablets 2 times a day until the symptoms of intoxication and inflammation stop. Perhaps the subsequent continuation of the course of 1 tablet 4 times a day every 3 days for up to 2-3 weeks.
- With chronic recurrent diseases caused by the herpes virus: 1 tablet 4 times a day for 10 days. Then 1 tablet 4 times a day every other day for 10 days.
- For diseases caused by human papillomavirus: 5 days 1 tablet 4 times a day, then 1 tablet 4 times a day every other day, up to 2-3 weeks.
- With urogenital diseases - urethritis chlamydial and trichomonas etiology, chlamydial prostatitis: the first day 2 times 2 tablets, then 1 tablet 4 times a day every other day, up to 2 weeks (depending on the severity of the pathological process).
- With salpingo-oophoritis, endometrium: in the acute period of 2 days 2 tablets 2 times a day, then 1 tablet 4 times a day every 3 days for 3 weeks. In the chronic period - 5 days 1 tablet 4 times a day, then 1 tablet 4 times a day every 3 days, up to 2-3 weeks.

- In purulent surgical diseases (burn lesions, chronic osteomyelitis, gangrenous appendicitis with omentitis, peritonitis, purulent pleurisy): apply 4 times a day for 1 tablet for 5 days, then 1 tablet 4 times a day for up to 15 days.
- For the prevention and treatment of surgical complications in the pre- and postoperative period (including cancer patients) prescribe 1 tablet 4 times a day for 5 days before surgery, 10 days after surgery 1 tablet 4 times every other day and for 3 weeks 1 tablet 4 times every 3 days. To enhance physical working capacity: 1 tablet 4 times a day for 10 days, then 1 tablet 4 times a day 3 days up to 3 weeks.
- With inflammatory diseases of the mucous membrane of the oral cavity and throat, periodontal diseases: the initial dose is 1 tablet 4 times a day for 5 days, then 1 tablet 4 times a day 3 days up to 3 weeks
- With frequent recurrent diseases of the respiratory tract and ENT organs of bacterial and viral etiology (frequent acute respiratory infections, bronchitis, pneumonia, chronic tonsillitis, chronic otitis media, chronic adenoiditis): apply 4 times a day for 1 tablet for 5 days, then 1 tablet 4 times a day for up to 15 days.
