Pharmacodynamics:Combination agent for topical application.
Sodium Heparin
Anticoagulant direct action. By activating antithrombin III accelerates its anticoagulant effect. It blocks the synthesis of thrombin, reduces the aggregation of platelets. Reduces the activity of hyaluronidase. Prevents formation and promotes resorption of existing thrombi, improves local blood flow, has anti-inflammatory and anti-edematous effect.
Allantoin
Promotes regeneration processes, enhances cell proliferation, improves metabolic processes in tissues.
Dexpanthenol
Accelerates the processes of tissue epithelization, helps accelerate the absorption of heparin.
Pharmacokinetics:
The drug for topical application, systemic action on the body does not.
The half-life of the skin and epidermis is 1-1.5 hours.
Indications:
It is used for the treatment of vascular diseases of the lower extremities: thrombophlebitis, thrombosis, varicose veins. Used for sports injuries, inflammatory infiltrates, tendovaginitis.
