    Composition:

    100 g of ointment contains:

    active substances - heparin sodium 30 000 ME, allantoin 0.30 g, dexpanthenol 0.40 g;

    Excipients - bronopol - 0.10 g, carbomer 0.66 g, microcrystalline wax 6.00 g, trisalkyl macrogol phosphate 3.00 g, levomentol 0.15 g, liquid paraffin 6.00 g, purcellinol 3, 00 g, glyceride fatty acids - 6.15 g, disodium edetate - 0.10 g, trolamine - 0.22 g, Vaseline - 5.00 g, purified water -68.40 ml.

    Pharmacodynamics:Combined preparation for topical application. Heparin prevents the formation of blood clots, has anti-edematous and anti-inflammatory effect, improves local blood flow. Allantoin has an anti-inflammatory effect, stimulates metabolic processes in tissues and promotes cell proliferation. Dexpanthenol improves the absorption of heparin, stimulates granulation and epithelialization of tissues.
    Indications:Thrombosis, thrombophlebitis, varicose veins; trophic ulcers of the lower leg (for ointment); sports injuries, tendovaginitis; inflammatory infiltrates.
    Contraindications:Hypersensitivity to the components of the drug, infected skin lesions.
    Pregnancy and lactation:Possible use of the drug in the II and III trimester of pregnancy. Caution should be given in the first trimester of pregnancy. Possible application in the period of breastfeeding.
    Dosing and Administration:

    Outwardly.

    Apply a column of ointment length of 5 cm, without rubbing, 2 times a day (morning and evening) for 10-14 days. In the treatment of venous diseases, the drug is used in the form of dressings with ointment. With trophic ulcers (without compromising the integrity of the skin), the ointment is applied in the form of a ring about 4 cm wide.

    With diseases of the veins of the lower extremities, the ointment is applied with light rubbing movements from the bottom to the top.

    A single dose is recommended to rub not completely, but in separate portions.

    The recommended course of treatment is 1 month.

    Side effects:Allergic reactions (skin rash, skin hyperemia, urticaria, angioedema).
    Form release / dosage:Ointment for external use (300 IU + 4 mg + 3 mg) / g.
    Packaging:40 g of ointment in an aluminum tube, ukuporennuyu screwed on the lid of plastic. The tube opening is protected by an aluminum membrane. The cap is a monolithic structure, including a device for piercing the membrane. Tuba, together with instructions for use, is placed in a cardboard box.
    Storage conditions:

    Store at a temperature of 15 to 25 ° C.
