    Pharmacodynamics:

    Combined product for external use.

    Heparin

    Anticoagulant direct action. By activating antithrombin III accelerates its anticoagulant effect. It blocks the synthesis of thrombin, reduces the aggregation of platelets. Reduces the activity of hyaluronidase. Prevents formation and promotes resorption of existing thrombi, improves local blood flow, has anti-inflammatory and anti-edematous effect.

    Benzocaine

    Possesses an anesthetizing effect at local application.

    Benzyl nicotinate

    It has a vasodilating effect, improves microcirculation, manifests fibrinolytic activity by decreasing platelet aggregation.

    Pharmacokinetics:The drug for topical application, systemic action on the body does not.

    Indications:It is used for the treatment of vascular diseases of the lower extremities: thrombophlebitis, thrombosis, varicose veins.Used for sports injuries, inflammatory infiltrates, tendovaginitis.

    Dosing and Administration:It is applied externally 2-3 times a day in a column of 4-5 cm, not rubbing, for 10-14 days.

    The highest daily dose: 15-20 cm.

    The highest single dose: 5 cm.

    Side effects:Allergic reactions.

    Overdose:

    Cases of overdose are not described.

    Treatment is symptomatic.

    Interaction:

    It is not used concurrently with non-steroidal anti-inflammatory drugs and tetracycline.

    Special instructions:Ineffective in deep vein thrombosis.
