    Solution for oral administration.

    Composition:

    1 ml solution for oral administration contains: active substances: Echinacea purpurea grass dried ** - 46.5 mg; ascorbic acid *** - 20.0 mg. Excipients: potassium sorbate 2.0 mg, disodium edetate 0.5 mg, orange flavor 1.5 mg, maltitol (liquid) 650.0 mg, purified water 486.1 mg, sodium hydroxide 1.6 mg.

    Pharmacodynamics:

    Immunal® plus C is an immunostimulating drug made from medicinal plant material.

    Echinacea purpurea (Echinacea purpurea) contains active substances that enhance the natural defenses of the body and act as nonspecific stimulants. By increasing the number of leukocytes (granulocytes) and activating phagocytosis, the active substances of the drug suppress the reproduction of microorganisms in the human body and contribute to the destruction of pathogenic bacteria. In addition, the antiviral effect of the herb of Echinacea purpurea has been established in relation to the pathogens of influenza and herpes.

    Included in the preparation ascorbic acid (vitamin C) is a powerful antioxidant and protects cells from damage by free radicals formed during infectious inflammatory diseases. Ascorbic acid enhances the immune response of the body, contributing to an increase in serum concentrations of interferon and protective antibodies.

    Indications:

    To strengthen immunity in order to:

    • prevention of colds and flu
    • complex treatment of infectious-inflammatory diseases of the respiratory tract to accelerate the process of recovery

    Also as a source of vitamin C, necessary for acute respiratory diseases. With antibiotic therapy of chronic infectious diseases, accompanied by a decrease in immunity.

    Contraindications:

    • Hypersensitivity to the components of the preparation and plants of the family Compositae;
    • progressive systemic and autoimmune diseases, such as tuberculosis, leukemia, collagen, multiple sclerosis, AIDS or HIV infection.

    Dosing and Administration:

    Use inside regardless of food intake.

    Children older than 12 pet and adults: 2-3 ml 3 times a day.

    Children aged 4 to 12 years: 1-2 ml, 3 times a day.

    Children aged 1 to 4 years: 1 ml 3 times a day.

    To achieve a therapeutic effect, Immunal® plus C should be taken within 7-10 days. Repeated courses are possible after a 14-day break.

    Side effects:
    In some cases, the development of reactions of hypersensitivity: skin rash, itching, dizziness, bronchospasm, angioedema, Stevens-Johnson syndrome, anaphylactic shock.
    Overdose:
    Symptoms of intoxication due to drug overdose are not noted.
    Interaction:

    Studies on the interaction of drugs Echinacea purpurea with other drugs have not been conducted.

    When used in the recommended doses of Immunal® plus C, there are no clinically relevant interactions of ascorbic acid and other medications.

    Special instructions:

    Before applying Immunal® plus With patients with allergic diseases and bronchial asthma and in children under 12 years old, consult a doctor.

    In case of side effects, stop taking Immunal® plus C and see a doctor.

    When stored, the precipitation of a flocculent sediment consisting of active polysaccharides is acceptable. Shake the bottle thoroughly before use.

    Packaging:

    To 50 ml in a bottle of yellow glass, ukuporenny plastic screw cap. The bottle together with a graduated dosage syringe made of polyethylene with a protective cap or without a cap and instructions for use are placed in a cardboard box.

    Storage conditions:

    Store at a temperature not higher than 25 ° C. Keep out of the reach of children.

    Shelf life:

    2 years.
